CEO Leadership Institute

The CEO (Creating Equal Opportunities) Leadership Institute is a 4 year program aimed at accelerating equality in the workplace by giving students individualized mentoring, additional internships, and professional development experiences relevant to their areas of interest. The CEO curriculum builds foundational knowledge around leadership, innovation, collaboration, professional practice, and self-assessment. Students in the program graduate with a competitive edge in their filed and a personal advisory board to support their goals.

Our mission is to boost students’ confidence, foster civic engagement, and deepen their understanding of the professional landscape, enabling them to reach their fullest potential in their chosen career paths.
