MUP 104: Percussion Ensemble Goal: To give students an opportunity to perform and express creatively in an ensemble Content: Students will be taught the basic rudiments of rhythm and will be asked to develop rhythmic skill in combination with various types of percussion instruments. Students will be given individual attention but will also be asked to perform pieces in combination with other students as an ensemble. Types of instruments to be used will include various types of drums, keyboard percussion instruments (xylophone, bells, etc.), and numerous auxiliary percussion instruments. Gen. Ed.
