CHN 102: Elementary Chinese II

Goal: To teach students to speak, understand, read, and write Mandarin Chinese.
Content: This course will introduce students to spoken Mandarin Chinese and to the Pinyin written form as well as to the culture of China.
Prerequisite(s): A student must earn a grade of C or better in the 101-level course in order to continue into the next course. A grade of D or higher in the 102-level course will satisfy proficiency credit.
