EBA 614: Ethics and Legal Aspects in Business

Content: The course will introduce the student to the legal and ethical aspects of business management within a for-profit organization. The student will be introduced to the rigorous processes found in the legislative and legal systems, including civil dispute resolution through the judicial system. The study will conclude with the basics of the legal and ethical areas that are essential as tools for the executive in today’s management positions.
