Goal: Covers essential principles and frameworks, teaching students to identify cyber threats, design policies, and develop incident response plans to manage and mitigate cyber risks.
Content: Cyberattacks today are inevitable-but the extent of the damage may rely on how much you, as the manager, are prepared. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to create risk management strategies before, during, and after cyberattacks, develop incident response plans, understand frameworks like NIST and MITRE ATT&CK, identify proactive and reactive protection techniques, and debrief with ‘hotwashes.’
