HPE 206: Pickleball

Goal: Students will learn rules and court strategy for playing the game. emphasis will be on total fitness and recreational skills for leisure and lifetime activities.
Content: Student will understand the movement skills involved in pickleball. Students will understand and follow the rules of pickleball. Students will have an understanding of some of the basic techniques involved with some pickleball strokes.
