HPE 138: Team Sports for Fun & Fitness Goal: To introduce students to the basic rules and skills for playing a variety of team sports for fun and fitness. Content: This course is designed for all skill levels and emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship. Students will develop their physical fitness while building foundation skills in recreational team sports (e.g., volleyball, ultimate frisbee, soccer, dodgeball, flag football, pickleball, and basketball). Repeatable: Yes; up to 3 times for a maximum of 4 credit hours. Credit: 1 Degree Level: Undergraduate
