BUS 330: Strategic Management Goal: To explore the processes and models managers use to make short and long run strategic decisions in corporations. Content: Students study environmental scanning (both external and internal), strategy formulation (strategic or long-range planning), strategy implementation, and evaluation and control. Strategic management will also incorporate the integrative commit of business policy with a heavier environmental and strategic emphasis. Prerequisite(s): BUS 315 . Credit: 3 Degree Level: Undergraduate
